Join the AI Research Assistant UX Study

The CSUN University Library invites faculty to participate in a UX study focused on the AI Research Assistant in OneSearch. Set to launch in Spring 2025, this study aims to explore how AI tools can enhance the research process, foster student engagement, and create an engaging user experience.

Under the leadership of Heather Cribbs, the University Library’s new Systems Librarian, this initiative seeks to evaluate the beta release of the AI Research Assistant. The study will ensure the tool meets the needs of students, faculty, and the broader CSUN community. Faculty participants will play a key role in assessing how AI can empower students to navigate research more effectively and make well-informed academic decisions.

This is a unique chance to contribute to cutting-edge research, engage with emerging AI technologies, and shape library systems that impact the campus. Whether you’re passionate about user experience design, artificial intelligence, or improving tools for students, your involvement will make a difference.

For more information or to express interest, contact Heather Cribbs. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative study!
