Strengthen and Stretch at Your Desk: Even on the busiest of days, you can still enjoy the benefits of strengthening exercises. In this session, you will learn exercises that you can do at your desk or in your workspace to stretch your muscles, build strength, and reduce pain. You will leave with recommendations and resources for how to improve posture and incorporate movement into your workday.
