Tai Chi Flow: Often called “meditation in motion,” tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements and deep breathing. You will learn about the benefits of tai chi (including mindfulness, balance, strength, and flexibility) and then practice a tai chi flow right at your workspace. This class will leave you calm and balanced while feeling recharged and ready to take on the rest of your day. (You will be most comfortable with some space around you and clothing that allows for movement.)
