Latest publication by Abrol lab with NIH collaborators

The Abrol Lab has published an article with NIH collaborators titled “IgStrand: A universal residue numbering scheme for the immunoglobulin-fold (Ig-fold) to study Ig-proteomes and Ig-interactomes” that appeared in an April 2025 issue of PLoS Computational Biology. The first author is former CSUN BS Biochemistry student Caesar Tawfeeq. This research has been supported by both NIH and NSF.
