Melikyan research students give oral and poster presentations at the spring ACS meeting

At the spring ACS meeting in Indiana graduate student Nicole Babayans (Melikyan lab) earned the opportunity to give an oral presentation about her research. The talk, titled “Organometallic rectangles and organic octagons: New paradigms in developing ionic-ionic, carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions” was her first formal presentation at a conference. Undergraduate students Julyssa Renteria and Alique Tokatlian also presented a poster of their research at the meeting.
