Bridging Horizons Intergenerational Internship Opportunity

Our community partners at the National Health Foundation are offering an exciting opportunity for teens and young adults aged 16–21! The Bridging Horizons Intergenerational Internship provides participants with service-learning or school credit hours and a $1,000 stipend. This internship is ideal for those interested in working with older adults, addressing homelessness, exploring non-profit management, community organizing, or pursuing a career in social work.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ages 16–21
  • Live in or go to school in the Arleta area
  • Can commit up to 5 hours a week for at least 6 months
  • Reliable transportation (public transit is fine)
