REMINDER: Fall 2019 TUC Additional Pay – DUE December 19, 2019

Dear Principal Investigators and Research Administrators:

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Please note that all fall 2019 pre-authorization requests must be completed by December 19, 2019. After this date, you will not be able to enter any requests for fall 2019 semester.

Winter 2020

Winter 2020 additional pay is now open for submission. I am currently working with Office of Faculty Affairs to confirm the number of available days for Academic Year and 12-month faculty.

Please note that federal and federal pass-through projects will reimburse only up to the faculty’s base pay, meaning up to 100% time can be paid in those projects. Any additional available days (the remaining 25%) may be paid from a non-federal project.

I will send another email with guidelines on the available days once I have received confirmation from the Office of Faculty Affairs.
