Introducing Recupe: Physical Therapy Recovery Support for Employees Injured on the Job

Recupe is a no‑cost digital recovery program for employees injured on the job whose treatment plan includes physical therapy. The program uses a simple mobile app, a lightweight Recovery Dot worn during exercises, and support from a dedicated Recupe Coach to help guide your recovery.  

If Recupe is appropriate for your injury, your Sedgwick claims examiner will share more information. Should you choose to participate, you’ll receive a welcome text from your coach—just reply to get started. The program helps keep you connected to your care team and supports you in rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence as you recover.
