In this empowering session, participants will learn how trauma affects the nervous system, stress response, mindset, and relationships, and how recovery becomes possible through intentional, science-based practices. This workshop introduces practical tools for grounding, emotional regulation, rebuilding safety, and restoring a sense of personal strength. With a focus on resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable healing, employees will gain actionable strategies to move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed emotional well-being, both at work and in everyday life
