Disability lives within my being as I move through life every single day as a disabled person. It connects me to my neighbors here and around the world. Disability Justice calls me to work toward the liberation of my siblings around the globe. Free Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Haiti, Lebanon, Iran, Venezuela, El Salvador, and wherever capitalism, ableism, audism, and white supremacy have oppressed my community. Disability Studies will carry through as I work to fight for our Deaf and Deaf+ students here in the Valley and across colonizer borders.
