LGBTQ+ Liberatory Stories

We invite you to participate in a community engagement project where you can draft and share personal stories of Queer liberation, pride, resilience, hope, and/or resistance. Find and share your story in a supportive and affirming environment.
Why Participate?
- Reflect on and create your personal liberatory story
- Contribute to research on LGBTQ+ experiences
- Connect with and inspire hope in others in the queer community
- Amplify LGBTQ+ voices and stories
Who Can Participate?
- You must be a CSUN student
- You must identify as LGBTQ+
How It Works:
- Graduate students, supervised by Dr. Deborah Buttitta, will collaborate with you to develop your liberatory story
- You will share your story with your story collaborators and debrief about the experience
