Jessica Hernandez & David Garringer Recognized by International Society for Transforming Education for Innovation and Excellence in Education

Two of our current doctoral students, Jessica Hernandez and David Garringer, have both successfully defended their dissertation proposals and have also been recognized by the International Society for Transforming Education for Innovation and Excellence in Education.

Jessica Hernandez is a2026 honoree.Her work focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and multilingual education.

David Garringer is a past honoree and currently leads Chatsworth Park Urban Planning Magnet in Los Angeles, bringing more than 24 years of experience in education.
