Jenny Nguyen Wins 2025-2026 Doctoral Fellow in Academic Technology
CSUN’s Office of Academic Technology, in collaboration with the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership and the Research and Sponsored Programs Office, is excited to announce Jenny Nguyen of the Fall 2025 Community College/Higher Education Leadership Cohort as the 2025-2026 Doctoral Fellow in Academic Technology.
Jenny Nguyen is a Business Systems Analyst at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), with over 20 years of experience supporting enterprise systems and leading cross-functional technology projects in higher education. She specializes in system upgrades, data integrity, and user-centered innovation.
Jenny’s research focuses on faculty perceptions of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and the implications of AI integration for teaching, learning, and policy in the CSU system. She is passionate about advancing equity through technology—bridging the worlds of education and technology innovation to increase access and remove structural barriers.
Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, and an MBA—all from CSUN, a campus she proudly calls her second home. She brings a practitioner–scholar perspective to her work, grounded in real-world change leadership.
