“Border Trouble: Trans Latinx Resistance in the Colonial Present,” a virtual talk by Dr. Omi Salas-SantaCruz from University of Utah.

Dr. Salas-SantaCruz examines trans* as a co-formation of knowledge that resists the rigidities of colonial borders—both geographic and epistemic. They analyze how transness is lived in movement: through migration, through institutional constraints, and through everyday practices of care and survival.
