Course Overview: This engaging and interactive training session leverages the popular Apple TV series Ted Lasso to explore the concept of servant leadership. Participants will learn how to embody servant leadership principles by examining the actions and behaviors of Ted Lasso, a character renowned for his empathetic and people-centered leadership style. Through video clips, group discussions, and practical activities, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to serve others first to achieve effective and inspiring leadership. Learning Objectives: Define servant leadership and understand its core characteristics. Identify how Ted Lasso exemplifies servant leadership through specific actions and behaviors. Analyze and discuss real-life applications of servant leadership. Practice servant leadership scenarios to develop practical skills. Reflect on personal leadership practices and commit to actionable improvements. Who Should Attend: This training session is ideal for current and aspiring leaders, managers, team leads, and anyone interested in enhancing their leadership skills through the principles of servant leadership.
