Have you ever found yourself thinking, “There has to be a better way,” “Why is this process so long,” or “Haven’t we tried this before?” If so, this workshop is for you!

Sign up today for an interactive workshop designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Through a blend of theory, best practices, and hands-on simulations, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of process improvement methodologies.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify Inefficiencies – Recognize and analyze common process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Apply Process Improvement Methods – Learn and practice key methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to optimize workflows.
  • Enhance Problem-Solving Skills – Develop critical thinking strategies to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

  1. When ready, select the CSU Learn button below.
  2. Log into CSU Learn with your CSUN Portal credentials.
  3. Select the “Register” button.
  4. Click on the bullet next to the CSUN HR icon, and select “Submit” to enroll in this session.

Withdraw from Session: If you need to cancel your registration, select the “Self” icon in CSU Learn.  Select “Learning,” then “Registrations.”  Select the box next to the session you need to cancel, and select “Cancel Registration.”  In the next window, select “Confirm Cancellation.”
