Creating a Culture of Feedback Using the Plus/Delta Tool | CSU CCC

Description:

People and teams that routinely ask, “What went well?” and “What could be even better next time?” inspire a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and collaboration. This session focuses on changing one’s perspective about the value feedback can have at work and in life. Expect to: 1. Identify your perception of feedback at work and in life. 2. Define the purpose and process of the plus/delta tool. 3. Practice applying the plus/delta tool.

  4. Click on the bullet next to the CSUN HR icon, and select “Submit” to enroll in this session.
