Sherry Bai Joins Nazarian College as Associate Dean

Earlier this year, Sherry Bai, Ph.D., joined Nazarian College as associate dean, bringing with her a strong record of building academic programs that connect students with real-world industries.

Since stepping into her role, Bai has focused on exploring how artificial intelligence can be integrated into business education—helping prepare students, faculty and industry partners for the changes ahead.

Her career highlights include launching the first Energy Business Certificate in West Texas and the first LNG Business Certificate in Louisiana—innovative programs that gave students direct access to scholarships, internships and industry leaders.

At Nazarian College, Bai is applying that same vision to create new opportunities that will benefit both students and the community.
