David Nazarian College of Business and Economics Appoints New Director of Business Honors Program

NORTHRIDGE, California—David Nazarian College of Business and Economics Dean Chandra Subramaniam has appointed Roxana Naraghi as director of the Business Honors Program.
Naraghi has served as an adjunct faculty member since 2016 and currently serves as a lecturer in the school’s Department of Systems and Operations Management. In addition, she is a faculty advisor to both the Data Analytics and Excel Club as well as the International Business Ethics Case Competition.
“I’m pleased to welcome Dr. Naraghi as our new director of the Business Honors Program,” says Subramaniam. “She is a highly skilled faculty member committed to academic excellence and student mentorship, which makes her the ideal leader for this program.”
The Business Honors Program at Nazarian College is for high-achieving students who value excellence, curiosity, and leadership. Students take advanced courses and graduate with a Business Honors degree alongside their major.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and work closely with our exceptional students,” says Naraghi. “The program supports and challenges students who are academically strong but also collaborative, curious, and driven to lead with ethics and impact. I look forward to building on the program’s strong foundation and increasing awareness of its unique opportunities.”
Naraghi holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy in Higher Education from California State University, Northridge.
