You’re invited to a pre-release screening of RISE AND SHINE this Thursday night in the Armer at 7pm. The film was produced by CSUN alum and CTVA lecturer Robert Mitas and will be released theatrically, nationwide, on October 2nd. The director, screenwriter, and Robert will be there for a Q and A after the film!
The film is based on the true story of a teen girl living with cerebral palsy, and her journey through high school. The film features a lead cast of neurodiverse actors and was produced with a commitment for authenticity.
