The Vice President Mrs. Jiang Wu from Hanjiang Normal University (HNU) visited Dr. Wei Cao in Soochow, China to explore the possible collaboration. On June 18, Dr. Wei Cao presented the Semester at CSUN program to faculty and students at HNU.

Dean Haiwei Zhou from Business School at Hehai University visited CSUN, proposed the possible cooperation in research, teaching and short-term study. In June, 2024, both Dr. Wei Cao and Dean Jefferey Reeder visited Hehai University and Soochow University. Faculty and student exchange activities were initiated.
