Description: This training will cover the fundamentals of creating accessible documents using Microsoft Word. Participants will learn how to apply key structural elements to ensure their documents are inclusive and accessible to all users.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify the principles of accessibility and universal design
  • Explain key features that contribute to accessibility in Microsoft Word documents
  • Evaluate Word documents to detect and address common accessibility issues

Recommended Attendees: Staff, Faculty, IT Specialist, Web Developers, Web Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Instructional Support, Business Analysis, Financial Personnel, Marketing Specialist, and Admin Support.

To register via Microsoft Bookings, go to the date of the workshop and select the time in the Bookings calendar, fill in your information, then scroll down to select the red Book button.
