Welcome delegation from Hanjiang Normal University

On 9/25/2024, California State University, Northridge (CSUN) hosted a delegation from Hanjiang Normal University, led by its President Dr. De Xiao and joined by four college deans and an associate dean from the Office of International Education. The delegation met with Dean Jefferey Reeder of the College of Humanities, the Director of the China Institute Dr. Wei Cao, and the Chair of the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences Dr. Yi Cai to discuss opportunities for academic collaboration. The meeting focused on faculty and student exchange initiatives, with particular emphasis on promoting the Semester at CSUN program. This visit reflects a shared commitment to expanding international partnerships and enhancing cross cultural educational engagement.
