Whether you are managing direct reports or “managing up”, one-on-one meetings are one of the most powerful tools for building trust, strengthening engagement, and driving performance. All too often they become inconsistent, rushed, or purely transactional. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore practical techniques to structure 1:1 conversations with purpose by setting clear agendas, creating space for open dialogue, and offering feedback. Participants will leave with resources including a ready-to-use, win-win 1:1 template that makes preparation easier and helps transform every check-in into a meaningful opportunity for growth and connection.
