Tuesday Teaching Tips. Teaching Students to Take Better Notes

‚Note-taking is an important learning and a lifetime skill (Darby & Lang, 2019), but not at all students are aware of how to take effective notes.
This online workshop, part of Faculty Development’s Tuesday Teaching Tips Series, will give instructors guidance on how encourage students to see the benefits of note-taking, and provide strategies to help students take effective notes in class.
