AI Playtime: Exploring AI for Work, Wellness, and Creativity | CSU CCC

April 9 at 10:00 am to 11:30 am

Event Series Event Series (See All)
Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration

Description:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how we work, communicate, grow our careers, and care for our well-being—but it also raises important questions about when, how, and if it should be used. This interactive session introduces practical ways to use AI tools to boost productivity, spark creativity, support personal balance, and strengthen career skills and career pathway planning.

We’ll begin with live demonstrations showing how AI can support everyday work and career-related tasks such as writing emails, planning events, developing presentations, and exploring skill development and career pathways, as well as creative applications like generating images for marketing and communications, designing visuals across different platforms, and creating short videos using tools such as Zoom clips.

Participants will then break into small groups to explore AI tools for professional tasks, creative projects, and personal use. Whether you’re just getting started or already experimenting with AI, this session offers actionable ideas and reflective frameworks you can apply immediately in your work, career growth, and personal life.

Session recording will be made available for participants who wish to revisit the content.
