Racial Healing Retreat

Embark on a healing journey to cultivate tools for individual and collective well-being at our Racial Healing Retreat. The retreat will feature an opening keynote session titled “Healing — An Active Practice”, trauma-informed yoga hosted by the SRC and mindful movement workshops led by the Institute of Community Health & Wellbeing, as well as additional workshops and guided reflections that will support your individual and collective growth. You’ll be able to engage in meaningful dialogue, connect with campus resources and discover how to create restorative spaces within your community.
