For MPPs and Department Chairs – Real growth and development happen when managers and staff talk on a regular basis. Attend this session to learn the critical steps for a collaborative and successful performance management process as well as discuss the staff evaluation instruments and contractual requirements to help navigate our performance management process. If you could use tips on improving your performance feedback, join us.
