NSBE: Navigating the Black Job Embracing Blackness While Working in Engineering

This panel event features Black professionals from various engineering fields who will share their experiences navigating the industry while embracing their Black identity. Moderated by 1-2 industry experts, the panelists will discuss the challenges and triumphs they’ve encountered in their careers, with an emphasis on how race, gender, sexuality, and other identities have shaped their professional journeys. Members will have the opportunity to engage with panelists during a Q&A session.
