Sasha Carter, Employee Experience Coordinator, Los Angeles Rams

Sasha Carter is starting her third season with the Los Angeles Rams as Employee Experience Coordinator. She specializes in recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, and strategic projects like data analysis. A University of Washington graduate with a degree in Anthropology, Carter also holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from USC. She joined the Rams in 2023 as an intern, quickly making an impact. Carter focuses on fostering positive workplace culture, mentoring, and supporting the HRIS. Outside work, she enjoys concerts, reading, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends in Los Angeles.
