Last Official Day, Spring 2025
May 23 at 8:00 am to 4:45 pm
Friday, May 23, 2025, is the last day of the spring 2025 semester and the end of the 2024-2025 academic year.
Spring 2025 Grades
- Instructors’ grades are due no later than May 23.
- You should be able to view all of your grades in the CSUN Portal.
- Official spring 2025 transcripts will be available after end-of-term processing is complete. An availability notice will be posted at Order Transcripts.
Grade of Incomplete
The last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit course work to resolve the Incomplete and earn a grade.
- For example, students who received a grade of Incomplete in a spring 2024 course must usually complete the required course work no later than the last day of the spring 2025 semester.
- If you need more time to complete the coursework, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before close of business on May 23, 2025.
If you have applied to graduate and you miss the deadline or do not intend to complete the remaining coursework to remove the Incomplete, notify Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Evaluations as soon as possible.
