Last Official Day, Spring 2025

Friday, May 23, 2025, is the last day of the spring 2025 semester and the end of the 2024-2025 academic year.
What to know about the last day of the spring semester:
- Instructors’ grades are due no later than May 23.
- You should be able to view all of your grades in the CSUN Portal.
- Official spring 2025 transcripts will be available after end-of-term processing is complete. An availability notice will be posted at Order Transcripts.
The last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit course work to resolve the Incomplete and earn a grade. For example, students who received a grade of Incomplete in a spring 2024 course must usually complete the required course work no later than the last day of the spring 2025 semester.
