Join us as we celebrate Journalism Department alumni for their commitment to truth, accountability and impact. Categories will honor professionals whose careers span the time of typewriters to TikTok — seasoned professionals with at least 20 years of experience and rising stars with 5-10 years of experience.
Categories include print, broadcast, public relations, digital media, journalism education, business/government and non-profit fields.
Expect powerful stories as we honor friends and colleagues, and an opportunity to reconnect and reminisce with fellow alumni.
Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Time: 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
*Tour of student media available from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Orchard Conference Center
Cost: $75
Nomination form coming soon. Self-nominations will be accepted.
*Registration opens in January, 2026.
Net proceeds from the event support the Journalism Department, further empowering students to become well-educated journalists, public relations practitioners and related communication professionals.
