Explore the transformative power of gamification in employee learning and development programs. In this session, we will discuss the foundations of game learning theory. Attendees will learn about Ignite, a pilot staff development program that incorporated gamification principles to engage employees in professional development activities at California State University, Fullerton. Program lessons, successes, and challenges will also be shared. Attendees will learn practical ideas for infusing gamification into their own employee training and development efforts. Join us to learn how gamification can boost engagement, enhance learning outcomes, and create a more dynamic and motivated workforce.
