The Employer Resume Review is a hands-on event where students receive direct, practical feedback from professionals who review résumés and make hiring decisions every day.

Your insight gives students a realistic understanding of what employers expect and how they can present themselves more effectively in today’s job market. During the event, students will bring printed copies of their résumés and meet one-on-one with employers and alumni for brief reviews and constructive feedback.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Global HSI Equity Innovation Hub at ATEC and the CSUN Career Center, reflecting our shared commitment to student access, preparation, and career outcomes.
