Emotional intelligence is the awareness and management of your own emotions and others. This training will provide information on ways to develop emotional intelligence and how it applies to leadership and cross-cultural interactions.
Learning Objectives:
After completing this training, participants will be able to:
- Use emotional intelligence to navigate interactions with respect and inclusivity
- Understand the difference between self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management
- Use emotional intelligence to observe group dynamics, show empathy, and effectively navigate conflict
