This course will equip leaders with a robust framework for conducting impactful one-on-one and team meetings. Objectives: Understand the distinction between Agency and Empowerment and their significance. Master the POINT Framework and learn to apply it effectively in team meetings, one-on-ones, and communications. Practice the framework in real scenarios and explore the challenges of leading meaningful team and individual meetings *This session is intended for managers who lead a team however; we allow anyone to enroll!
