During your career, you may move between California public retirement systems and begin to wonder how you might link your various employers to impact your CalPERS pension. In this video, you’ll discover the advantages of establishing reciprocity; which allows you to move from one retirement system to another without losing your benefits. CalPERS’ reciprocal agreement with other retirement systems can allow you to coordinate your benefits between the two systems when you retire.
