Learning objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Explain why trust can develop—or deteriorate—through small everyday interactions.
Identify three common barriers to workplace trust: assumptions, miscommunication, and perceived norm violations.
Apply the five elements of the SWIFT framework to workplace relationships.
Select one relationship and one specific SWIFT behavior to intentionally practice.
