Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how we work, communicate, and care for our well-being. This interactive session introduces practical ways to use AI tools for productivity, creativity, and personal balance. We’ll begin with a live demonstration of how AI can support everyday tasks—such as writing emails, planning events, or generating images—before breaking into small groups to explore different AI tools firsthand. Whether you’re just getting started or already experimenting with AI, this session will offer actionable ideas you can apply immediately in your work and personal life. A session recording will be made available for participants who wish to review or revisit content later.
