We are excited to invite you to attend the 2025 Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight. The dissertation spotlight is an annual celebration of student research jointly sponsored by the CSUN Education Alumni Chapter and the Educational Leadership & Policy Studies (ELPS) Ed.D. Program. This is an excellent opportunity for the public and CSUN community to acknowledge important research done in the ELPS Ed.D. Program.
Our esteemed presenters this year will be: Dr. Tamar Atmajian (PK1220 Cohort), Dr. Nancy Madrid (PK1218 Cohort), and Dr. Christopher Shining (PK1220 Cohort).
The Dissertation Spotlight will be a Hyflex (combination Zoom and in person) event with the selected alumni giving presentations on their dissertation research. Each of the three presenters will have 20 minutes, and presentations will be back-to-back with opportunities for attendees to ask questions. A reception hosted by the CSUN Education Alumni Chapter will follow the event.
Date: Saturday, March 29
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: In-person (CSUN ED1130) and via Zoom
We hope you can attend and be part of this inspiring event.
We encourage those who require visual, auditory or mobility assistance to attend. Please contact Dr. Jack Bagwell with any requests by March 15, 2025.
