Description: Rebecca will discuss practical ways attorneys can use artificial intelligence to strengthen strategy in high-conflict matters. The presentation will cover how AI supports organizing evidence, analyzing large volumes of communications and documents, identifying behavioral and factual patterns, preparing for negotiation, and developing stronger settlement and litigation positions.
