Ambassador Carlos Gonzalez-Gutierrez, Mexican Consul in Los Angeles, will lecture on the topic: The Mexican Diaspora in Los Angeles and the Tasks of the Mexican Consulate. The event will take place on October 9 at 10 a.m. in Kurland Hall.
