DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration\n\nFacilitated By:\nJaycob Abrogast\, Chico State \nJaycob Arbogast\, CFP®\, is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Finance at California State University\, Chico. He leads Chico State’s Financial Wellness Clinic\, which provides pro-bono financial guidance while creating supervised experiential learning opportunities for finance and financial planning students. He created and registered Chico State’s Financial Planning Certificate\, helped develop one of the nation’s few online self-paced CFP Board Registered Programs\, and advises Chico Creek Capital\, the university’s Student Managed Investment Fund. His work focuses on financial wellness\, student support\, financial planning education\, applied learning\, and scalable program development in higher education. \nDescription:\nAn institutional ecosystem consists of interconnected people\, processes\, and systems that fundamentally shape students’ college pathways and success. This session explores how students\, staff\, and faculty experience and influence that ecosystem in their daily work. Integrating student-led research with staff and faculty insights\, we surface patterns of tension\, disconnect\, and alignment. We consider what these findings mean for our campuses and invite participants to reflect on what resonates and how to build more connected student success efforts. \nRegister Here To Join \n\nLearn about upcoming CSU’s Got Talent webinars on the Systemwide Organizational Development‘s CSU Connect space. \nThis training will be recorded and available on CSU Learn\, along with other CSU’s Got Talent training and a wide variety of professional development resources! \nFor technical questions and webcast accessibility requests\, contact Madeline Hsiao\, Associate Production Director\, at mhsiao@calstate.edu or 562-951-4072 prior to webcast day. \nView the Flyer for CSU’s Got Talent Fall Series
