The retreat will feature a keynote session addressing skills for incorporating trauma-informed wellness and decolonial healing practices. Recharge and reflect through a yoga session\, body-centric meditations and a sound bath experience. Enjoy food and beverages\, with a menu inspired by the “decolonize your breakfast” movement that honors ancestral foods and culturally rooted nourishment.
