Get a focused six-week workout plan that will help you build foundational strength\, improve your lifting technique and visibly enhance your muscular development. Each week\, you’ll meet one-on-one with a personal trainer to target five key movement patterns: squat\, hinge\, press\, pull and gait\, along with a focus on core. There are only 24 spots available\, so don’t miss out on this great opportunity!  \nRegistration is open from Monday\, Sept. 1 – Sunday\, Sept. 14.  \nProgram costs $115 for students\, $230 for non-students.
