DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom; Connection details provided upon registration\n\nDescription:\nEmotional intelligence isn’t something you’re born with; it’s something you build. This series is made up of 3\, 30-minute virtual sessions where we will explore the four core elements of EQ: self-awareness\, self-management\, social awareness\, and relationship management. \nThrough interactive activities and simple reflective practices\, you’ll start developing emotional insight and skills that support both your own well-being and stronger connections with others. \nWhen you register\, you will automatically be registered for all three sessions. If you attend all three in the series\, you will earn a digital badge. The three sessions for this series are 4/1\, 4/8\, and 4/15 from 11AM to 11:30AM. \nThis session is part of the Learning Lab Series\, a dynamic\, interactive space where professionals come together to share insights\, try new ideas\, and grow in today’s ever-evolving workplace. \nRegistration:\nCSUN Faculty & Staff – To register for this Workshop/Session: \n\nWhen ready\, select the CSU Learn button below.\nLog into CSU Learn with your CSUN Portal credentials.\nSelect the “Register” button.\nClick on the bullet next to the CSUN HR icon\, and select “Submit” to enroll in this session.\n\nCSU Learn\n \nWithdraw from Session: If you need to cancel your registration\, select the “Self” icon in CSU Learn.  Select “Learning\,” then “Registrations.”  Select the box next to the session you need to cancel\, and select “Cancel Registration.”  In the next window\, select “Confirm Cancellation.”
