With over a decade of experience in restorative justice and mediation\, Seya has held roles such as Director of Adaptive Dispute Resolution at Fresno Pacific University and Mediation Juvenile Court Director at the Community Justice Center.​​ \nIn addition to his leadership positions\, Seya has been an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University since 2019\, teaching courses on Restorative Justice and Mediation.
