This includes people who might be frustrated\, angry\, experiencing some sort of crisis\, or any other variety of things that might need to be addressed in the moment while keeping everyone involved safe. This training session will offer strategies for de-escalating tense interactions\, have attendees identify the strengths of their conflict style\, and practice ways to apply their strengths in hectic moments.
