It’s not something you turn on at the start of a conversation and abandon as soon as things become contentious. True rapport is a disciplined\, deliberate way of engaging with people—especially when the stakes are high and the dialogue is difficult. \nAs a retired sex-crimes detective\, Ninette learned quickly that genuine rapport was her currency in the room and the key to getting to the truth. Since retiring\, she has seen the same principle play out in every environment she enters: rapport is the currency in every room and the key to success in every relationship\, personal or professional. \nIn this presentation\, Ninette will share how to build and maintain real rapport under pressure\, how to overcome communication barriers\, and how to gain meaningful buy in—skills you can apply immediately in negotiations\, client meetings\, witness interviews\, and in every contentious interaction— whether it is an impossibly demanding client or a teenage daughter.
