DESCRIPTION:During December 2024\, “Hello China” U.S. Youth Winter Camp\, hosted by Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics\, took place in Hangzhou\, China from December 18 to 26\, 2024. This immersive initiative offered CSUN students a 9-day study tour in business and economics\, enriched by cross-cultural workshops\, corporate visits\, and collaborative projects with Chinese students. It was designed to help U.S. youth gain a deeper understanding of Chinese language and Jiangnan culture through a variety of engaging activities. Participants attended Chinese language classes focused on listening\, speaking\, reading\, and writing\, and took part in traditional cultural experiences such as calligraphy\, Chinese painting\, and opera. The program also includes city tours to iconic sites like West Lake\, the Grand Canal\, and the China Silk Museum\, offering insights into Hangzhou’s rich history and cuisine. Students had opportunities to interact with Chinese peers\, fostering cross-cultural friendships and communication. The camp concludes with a closing ceremony\, where participants receive certificates and recognition for outstanding performance. The program aimed to enhance students’ global perspectives\, intercultural communication skills\, and understanding of international business environments\, while fostering long-term academic and professional collaboration between CSUN and Chinese institutions.

DESCRIPTION:Monday\, Jan. 13\, 2025\, is the deadline to pay tuition and other fees for spring 2025 classes when you enroll between Nov. 4\, 2024\, and Jan. 13\, 2025. Having a single deadline is kind of new; it started with fall 2024 registration. \nNoteworthy:\n\nThere are no longer three payment deadlines based on when you enrolled in classes. There’s only one!\nPayment is always due at the time of enrollment\, but you have until Jan. 13\, 2025\, to pay for spring classes.\nIf payment is not received by Jan. 13\, you may be disenrolled from your classes on Jan. 14.\nIf you add classes after Jan. 13\, payment is due immediately upon registration.\n\nFor more information\, visit: \n\nPayment Due Dates\nHow to Pay Your Fees\nUniversity Cash Services/Student Finance\n\nImportant!\nBe sure to officially withdraw from any and all classes you will not attend.
